1) The shirt... the part marked with the number 1 is the front, on its right you find the back
2) The shoulders
3) Pants front
4) Pants back
5) Socks
6) Lower part of pants
7) Collar
8) Short sleeves
9) Long sleeves
The blue stripe in the lower right part is the Captain band

Example with JUVENTUS shirt

1. Juventus is the shirt nr. 87 pl and ps
2. Extract the AFS file with AFSExplorer and go to GAME\TEX
3. Select file TEX_PL087.BIN, go to ACTION -> Export File and save it
4. Select file TEX_PL106.BIN (bright-dark file) and save it
4. Open Picture decoder and extract the shirt you want to modify and the white shirt in the other file
5. With PaintShop Pro modify the shirt applying over it all the colors without thinking to the shades. Now you have your shirt in 16 million colors, take the white shaded shirt, converts it in 16 million colors, select it all and COPY it; go back to your shirt, click EDIT --> PASTE --> LAYER. Now your shirt has been covered by the white one, go on LAYER PALETTE --> and set Multiply on the Layer (see below) and that's all!

SHIRT WITH SHADES

6. Set again the color to 256 (8 bit)
7. Open Picture editor on Juve shirt and IMPORT your shirt with setting the View transparency using the button INVERT on white screen (otherwise you see transparent players)
8. Update the .Bin file
9. Come back on AFSExplorer, select the file to modify, go to ACTION --> IMPORT and import the file
10. Import the modified AFS file in the image file of we6fe, and that's all!


What you need :

1. CDMage
2. ASF Explorer
3. We Picure Decoder
4. PaintShop Pro or similar (Photoshop)


CDMAGE :
Go to FILE -> OPEN, select the image file and open it. The kind of image to select is: M2/2352 TRACK. On the right select the FILEDATA.ASF (the bigger one) which contains graphics and audio data of the game. Right click on EXPORT FILES. Once you extracted the file on your HD, search the files which contain the shirts with ASF Explorer.

ASF EXPLORER :
Open the program and go to FILE --> IMPORT ASF FILES. Open the extracted ASF with CDmage, on the right part of the window you can see the game folders: the shirts files are in the folder Game/tex. The shirts are ordered the way they are located in the game: if MILAN is the flag nr. 10 in the game menu, the file of MILAN's shirt will be tex_ps010.bin. Select the shirt and go to ACTION, then to EXPORT FILES. Each shirt has 2 files, ex. tex_ps010.bin and tex_pl010.bin : .ps files contain shirts showed in the Selection team menu, .pl files contain shirts weared by players while playing.

WE PICTURE DECODER :
Open the program and go to FILE --> OPEN FILES. Insert the file extracted with ASF Explorer and you can see the shirts! Now to modify them you have to extract them: go to INPUT/OUTPUT, then to EXPORT BMP. Now you have the Bitmap file of the shirt on your HD.

PAINT SHOP PRO :
You can use a similar program (over all PHOTOSHOP). The only rule you have to observe is the size of the picture which MUST remain 256 x 256 Pixels (128 X 128 for the smaller ones) and the color depth which MUST remain 8 bit. Import the modified Bitmap shirt in the game

WE PICTURE DECODER :
Open the program again and repeat the steps above, this time using IMPORT BMP instead of EXPORT BMP. Don't forget to go to WINDOW --> VIEW TRANSPARENCY and click on INVERT, the square MUST be white and NOT black. Otherwise you could have transparent shirts. Now go to FILE --> UPDATE FILE.

ASF EXPLORER :
Open again the program and repeat the previous steps. Select the same file you extracted before, go to ACTION --> IMPORT FILES. You have to do the same with both .ps and .pl files.

CDMAGE :
Repeat the steps above to extract the FILEDATA.ASF, but this time you have to go to IMPORT FILE instead of EXPORT FILE. Now you've insert the shirt in the game.

For the shirt numbers, the initial Offset is: 24D9D540 (Hexadecimal)

SHIRT NUMBERS :
The first team is of course Ireland.
To convert use the table of conversion below:

Pro Evolution Soccer 2 (Winning Eleven 6 en su versión japonesa) es el segundo título de la saga. Fue el último título de la serie que se lanzó en Europa para PlayStation. Los clubes continuaron sin licencia, y algunos jugadores seguían sin sus nombres reales. Por ejemplo Navarra es el equipo del Real Madrid y Naldorinho es Ronaldinho. Su intro del juego es considerado de culto por los fanes, debido a la canción We Will Rock you del grupo Queen.
